Our Building a Better Recipe for Life classes are free and open to the public. Classes include:

- Living Well With Diabetes – Self-Management Education: Get the tools to manage your diabetes in 4 weekly sessions.
- Healthy Eating/Nutrition Program: Learn ways to eat healthy foods every day.
