The HEART Community Engagement Program works to promote health in the communities we live in. To help families in DeSoto and Red River parishes prevent or manage chronic conditions like diabetes and cardiovascular disease, the MLK Health Center & Pharmacy will host wellness events or programs each month for adults identified to be at risk or struggling with chronic conditions.
