In the third episode of our online DSME series, we’re talking about sodas, sleep, and stress. To live well with diabetes you need to reduce your soda intake, get at least 6 hours of sleep a night, and be very aware of your stress triggers. And definitely make sure to move your body every day. Research is showing that walking just 10-20 minutes a day, every day can have huge health benefits (diabetic or otherwise).
