The summer heat is here. So we felt it was the perfect time to talk about proper hydration. On average doctors recommend women drink somewhere around 2 liters of water a day and men drink 3 liters. But sometimes, drinking water alone isn’t enough. Adding an electrolyte supplement to water can give your body (and mood) the extra hydration boost it needs.
