Resolution: Exercise More

Getting in shape is one of the biggest New Year’s resolutions people set for themselves. Being more active is a great goal.

In fact, the CDC recommends people get at least 150 minutes of physical activity each week. (Or one hour twice a week with a 30-minute walk on the weekend. Remember to take a big idea and create realistic weekly goals.)
