Resolution:  Eating Healthier

Let’s talk about food. Eating healthier is a common New Year’s resolution for many people. “Eating healthier,” however; is a broad goal that can quickly become overwhelming.  Check out Grey’s quick video on ways to get started.

Remember to avoid the “perfection pressure.”

Grey mentioned the negative effects of sodas and sugary drinks. Does that mean you have to stop drinking sodas altogether? Not necessarily.

Assess how many sodas you drink in a day. If it’s 3 – 4 sodas a day, is it realistic that you could cut back to 1 or 2 per day? Try that. If you find yourself missing the feeling of the carbonated soda, try a carbonated water like La Croix. Same bubbly feeling without all the sugar.

Grey barely scratched the surface on making healthier food choices. Want to learn more?  Sign up for our guided grocery tours, and spend an hour with Grey at the grocery store. She will give you the tools you need to make smarter, healthier choices at the grocery store!
