If the current situation has you feeling overwhelmed and stress, you’re not alone. It takes time to adjust to change (good or bad!) and many of us have experienced a lot of change recently. High stress levels can weaken the immune system and leave you more prone to infection. Luckily, there are plenty of things you can do to help relieve your angst. The trick is to make stress management a priority! Consider making a small “mental health” checklist to work through every day or do something soothing first thing in the morning instead of reading the news. Find something that works for you!
