Movement and activity do not have to look like Cross Fit five days a week or running a marathon. Getting in the recommended 150 minutes of physical activity a week could look like doing house chores, working in the yard, taking a walk around your neighborhood, or dancing to your favorite song.

We invited Dr. Rupa Mahadevan to unpack the science behind exercise and immune health. Research shows exercising regularly releases hormones that counteract the effects of inflammation in the body.
