When you registered for the 2018 Doughnut Dash 5K, you helped Riverbend Rotary raise over $2,500 for the MLK Health Center & Pharmacy!
Our race funds will be used to sponsor three clinics at MLK Health Center & Pharmacy!
- Saturday, June 9th – General Chronic Care Clinic
- Thursday, July 19th – Diabetes Specialty Clinic
- Wednesday, December 12th – Chronic Care & Community Pharmacy Dispensing Day
The MLK Health Center & Pharmacy treats patients with chronic conditions who make too much money to qualify for Medicaid but too little to afford private insurance. Without MLK Health, many of their patients would find themselves in the ER either seeking primary care or there with catastrophic complications from treatable diseases.
Our race money is making sure no one is forced to struggle alone with their health!
