MLK Health Center & Pharmacy has received the prestigious American Diabetes Association Education Recognition Certificate for a quality diabetes self-management education program. The grant has been awarded as part of the CVS Health Foundation’s commitment to address the need for more accessible, coordinated health care in our local communities.
